´An der Grenze von Umbrien und Le Marche gelegenes Landgut im Tal des Flusses ´Candigliano´. Das Landgut mit dem darauf befindlichen Bauernhof aus dem 19 Jahrhundert und 3 kürzlich renovierten Landhäusern, umfaßt eine Fläche von 30 Hektar. Die 3 Landhäuser sind ausgestattet mit Ferienwohnungen, von denen wir 4 für sie reserviert haben (IT-61042-02, IT-61042-03, IT-61042-07, IT-61042-10, IT-61042-11). In dem Bauernhof hat der Besitzer eine sogenannte ´Cantina´ eingerichtet, wo es viele typische Gerichte und Weine aus der Region gibt. Diese Wohnungen sind besonders geeignet für Gäste, die einen aktiven Urlaub kombinieren wollen mit Ruhe- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten wie dem Schwimmbad mit Hydromassage. Von ihrem Urlaubsort aus sind viele Trips möglich, wie z. B. der Besuch der historischen Städte Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi und Perugia. Außerdem kann man in der weiten, bewaldeten Umgebung Mountainbike- oder Trekkingtouren unternehmen. ´
Erdgeschoss: 1 Wohnzimmer (Doppelschlafcouch, TV), 1 offene Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett, Doppelbett), 1 Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette, Bidet). Allgemein: Waschmaschine (gemeinsam), Heizung (Zentral), Swimmingpool (gemeinsam, 17 x 10 m., geöffnet von Apr bis zum Okt).
